Team templates give your entire team the ability to use the same standardized text message templates for certain interactions with their candidates. This allows for on-brand, consistent, and professional communication with candidates across your team. For example, you may want all of your team to use the same application response template when new candidates apply to a role, interview confirmations and reminders, background check requests etc...
Only Rectxt admins are able to modify the team templates, and each team has 15 slots available:
Step 1: Click on 'Team Templates' in the templates tab
Step 2: Craft your team template and give it a descriptive name and click 'Save'
And that's it! Now everyone in your team will be able to see the template under the 'Team template' tab in the extension
